Message from Chairperson

I’d like to welcome you to the Merrill Chamber of Commerce Website. This is your one stop shop for all questions and happenings in our amazing city.

I’ll start off by telling you a little bit about myself. My name is Zach Kubichek and I am the Co-Owner/Manager of Sawmill Brewing Company. I was born and raised in Merrill. I then went to school at UW-La Crosse, lived in Madison for a few years and chose to come back to my hometown to settle down and raise my family.

The Merrill Community is something special. We all help each other. Businesses are very gracious with their donations and love to lend a hand. I would encourage all Chamber Members to get out of your comfort zone and go to a Business After Hours. They are a great networking opportunity and the best way to show off your business in a casual way. They can be a bit overwhelming at first, but it is the best way to meet other members and start creating crucial connections within the community.

To anyone visiting Merrill, we have a lot to offer. The “City of Parks” has an abundance of outdoor space for you to enjoy your favorite activity. We also offer affordable housing, exciting job opportunities and our school system is second to none. It certainly is a great place to work, play and live.

Our Chamber has an amazing staff who can answer any questions you may have about our city and they are just a phone call or email away. Looking for information on activities, jobs and events around town? The website has all of that! The staff constantly update it with all community events going on, as well as events for our members. The Merrill Chamber is a great resource to all things Merrill and we are very lucky to have them.
