    Event Description:
    Merrill City Band & Normal Park Development "Capital Campaign".  
    This is a one time capital campaign.  Once our goals are met, maintenance of all park facilities will be the responsibility of the Parks and Recreation Department and band equipment and sound system will be the responsibility of the Merrill City Band.

    Merrill City Band Needs:
    Lager Wind Instruments, Percussion Instruments and equipment, music stands and carts, music, music library and storage needs, large instrument maintenance, trailer, endowment fund.

    Normal Park needs:
    Restrooms, concession stand, warming house, storage, sod and irrigation, picnic tables, benches, and trash cans, lighting and walkways, trees, bicycle racks.

    Normal Park total dollars needed:  $254,100
    Merrill City Band total dollars needed: $252,461
    GRAND TOTAL needed:  $506,561
