AGES: 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 DATES: Thursday, June 15 and Monday, July 17 TIME: 9:30 – 12:30 noon LOCATION: Sportsman Club, Merrill – Meet at the Smith Center at 9:00, we will be taking a bus there with all the kids, parents are welcome to ride along or drive themselves. FEE: FREE includes lunch and a t-shirt MIN. 10 – MAX 20 YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS PROGRAM AND YOU ARE ALLOWED TO REGISTER IN ONLY ONE OF THE BADGES AND BULLSEYE SESSIONS. Badges and Bulls Eye is a program designed to teach kids archery. This program get kids active in a fun and unique manner. Archery teaches kids discipline, safety, and patience all while having fun and interacting with our local police officers. This program is made possible through a GRANT by the COPS and KIDS FOUNDATION. The Cops and Kids Foundation was created to help bring law enforcement agencies together with the community they serve. We are here to provide police department with the means to make the connection between officers and the people. These programs are a great way to break down barriers and teach police officers and citizens to trust and depend on each other. A HUGE thank you to the local businesses that have helped make this program FREE of charge to our children in the community.
