About Us

Merrill Area Development Corporation is a not for profit, stock corporation. Shares of stock cost $10.00 each. From its inception MADC has focused on industrial development. The original land was supplemented by the purchase of additional land from the City in 1994. The first tenant in the industrial park was Northern Wire. Current projects include research and study for a new industrial park location and examining the potential for a creating a business incubator.
